Remodeling

I have remodeled for at least 40 years.  I have added complete rooms, redone bathrooms and kitchens, taken out walls to make living space nicer, put in cement slabs and drain trenches and continue to get joy from doing these things.  So, thought I would take this opportunity to show some of the many remodels I have done.

Bathroom of that same house. Did the plumbing and I also do electrical

Cottage where we live. New laminate floors and new baseboards. I didn't do the painting.

Kitchen at our house. Cabinets and new floors of wide different size planking of pine. Bay window also added.

Our master bath. Did do counter top and floor and plumbing and cabinets are made of white washed barnwood.

Made these doors to replace old sliders that didn't work well. Put in the side windows also and built the brick patio out of old bricks that I had cut in half so that they would be lighter and not so thick. The leaves are from God.

Another bathroom in our house. Wood is from an old watertank. Mirror, I made and it is actually 3 frames put together. I did the electrical and the plumbing and tiled the shower.

Poor mans skylight but is almost like having light on in room. It is called a solar tube and almost any area can be so much lighter. This one is in a bathroom right over the sink.

I got called to replace shutters and a window box. Both are no made out of plastic. My struggle was to attach them to a stucco wall and ain't worked much with stucco. "Learn as you earn"!!
I got called to replace wooden shutters and a window box. Both are now made out of plastic. My struggle was to attach them to a stucco wall and ain’t worked much with stucco. “Learn as you earn”!!  It actually turned out nice.  My lucky day.
